To all that messuage etc. together with a portion of the garden as now fenced off abutting on the church path north and being late parcel of a tenement to which Dan Hoy was admitted in 1798 - together with a right of way to and from the garden, in front of the two tenements retained by him the said Dan Hoy by the brick wall adjoining the churchyard -

Smee has really rebuilt the tenement abutting on the church path, at the corner by the gate going into the churchyard - and built a double tenement in the garden behind. These premises are parcel of Davisons alias Brownes vide old Terrier 1598 fo. 61 - Rough abstract of title 21-2. For residue of these premises and further particulars see Wm Fisher Hobbs - page 110 - and a map there which shows the congregated free and copyhold property adjoining near the churchyard and Park Lane etc.
