Jn Churche son and heir of Barth Churche holdeth to him and his heirs by copy of court roll of this manor one parcel of meadow now called Stonybridge meadow late parcel of a messuage with a garden adjoining called Sonells and certain lands and meadow called Bridgemans with a certain way or lane called Boultinghouse Lane unto the said meadow containing by estimation 1a1r more or less sometime in the tenure of Thos Roult by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of payable quarterly as is aforesaid as appeareth in the court rolls of this manor 3Eliz1 and 28Eliz1 and also holdeth by copy to him and his heirs by virtue of the surrender of Wm Bieston son and heir of Agnes Bieston widow the late wife of Geo Bieston one tenement called Le Stable with the Cowhouse and one tenement builded and one garden parcel of a tenement late of Thos Prince and in times past of Robt Mathewe and the same Stable Le Cowhouse and a garden lie together between the tenement sometime of Jn Bonjhon otherwise called Turner and a tenement late of Robt Lytman of the one part and a parcel of land late parcel of Barecroft on the other part with one way late parcel of Barecroft aforesaid leading towards the said parcel of land called Barecrofte with free ingress and regress to carry and recarry as it appeareth in the court here holden in 4Eliz1 etc by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of 16d payable as is aforesaid and one croft of land called Parkefield containing 4a and half of land be it more or less as it lieth next or near the late disparked park by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of payable as is aforesaid and also two crofts of land whereof one is called Stoneyleighe 12d which late was of Jn Wingefield and t he other croft called Burroes 18d which late was of Jn Attiwood and one parcel of land called Dovehouse Field by fealty suit of court and the yearly rent of 10s payable as is aforesaid and two parcels of land containing by estimation 6a be the same more or less parcel of Chewyns Land by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of payable as is aforesaid and one croft of land called Ponde Croft by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of 6s8d payable as is aforesaid and also 1r of copy land late parcel of Barecroft aforesaid with appurtenances in Earls Colne aforesaid between the lands late of the said Geo Bieston on the east part and to an acre of land also late parcel of Barecroft aforesaid enclosed and late in the tenure of Thos Christmas against the west one head thereof abutting upon the way leading from the town of Earls Colne aforesaid unto the said late disparked park of Earls Colne and the other head thereof abutting upon the garden called Prynces late of the said Geo Bieston by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of payable as is aforesaid as appeareth in the court rolls of this manor 4Eliz1 and 31Eliz1 the same Jn Churche also holdeth one free tenement by virtue of the alienation of the said Wm Bieston son of the said Geo Bieston and is called Bridges tenement by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of 3d payable as is aforesaid and the moiety of the lands called Chewlands late of Jn Tylwycke which he also purchased of the said Wm Bieston by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of 4s6d and a parcel of Barecroft Mead late of the said Wm Bieston and before of Jn Farding by a parcel of the yearly rent of 8s4d as appeareth in the aforesaid rental and a piece of land called Lytle Barecroft late of Jn Farthinge by the yearly rent of 3d fealty suit of court and for a croft at the park gate late of the said Wm Bieston and before of one Jn Rogers by fealty suit of court and by the yearly rent of 16d and 5a parcel of Barecroft Field late of the same Jn Rogers by his part of the yearly rent of 10s and a piece of ground called Spriggs Marshe sometime of Jn Awood by the rent of 10d fealty etc
