and afterwards it was shown by the homage that the said Jn Church who held to himself and his heirs at the will of the lord one parcel of land called Sibberds according as it is clearly shown by court roll dated 28.3.1627 and after the last court and before this court viz on 24.4.1633 he surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Jn Read instead of the bailiff in the presence of Dan Lea and Barth Clarke two customary tenants of the said manor according to the custom of the said manor the said parcel of land with appurtenances to the use and behoof of Frances Church his wife for the term of her life and after her death to the use of Jn Church son of the said Jn and the heirs of the said Jn the son forever upon condition that the said Jn Church the father is to have the said parcel for the term of his life and after his death that then the said Frances his wife is to have the said parcel of land for the term of her life and after her death that then the said Jn Church the son is to have the said parcel of land for himself and his heirs forever and to that said Frances the lord by his said steward granted and delivered seisin by the rod to have and to hold the said parcel of land to herself for the term of her life at the will of the lord by the rents services etc thereunto belonging and by right accustomed etc and she gave to the lord her fine etc and thus she was admitted tenant etc
