fine 3li6s8dit is found by the homage that Geo Beeston son and heir of Geo Beeston deceased out of court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Robt Peerson and Jn Sparrowe the lord's customary tenants the same witnessing the reversion of one house called The Stable with the Cowhouse and of one tenement builded with a garden parcel of the tenement sometime Robt Mathewe and after Thos Princ's as the said Stable with the cowhouse with the garden adjoining are situate and lying between the tenement sometime Jn Bonjohn otherwise Turnor and the tenement late Robt Lytman's of one part and a parcel of land sometime parcel of Barcroft of the other part with a way late parcel of Barecroft leading towards Barcroft aforesaid with free ingress and egress to carry and drive and 1r of land parcel of Barcroft as it lieth in Colne aforesaid viz between the land of the foresaid Geo Beeston of the east part and 1a of land late parcel of Barcroft aforesaid now enclosed and in the tenure of Thos Christmas toward the west one head thereof abutting upon the way leading from Colne toward Colne Park toward the south and the other head thereof abutting upon the garden late of the said Geo Bieston's called Princs as by the meets and bounds and also one parcel of land called Dovehousefield lying and being in Earls Colne and also one croft of land called Pondecroft in Colne aforesaid to the use and behoof of Agnes Bieston her heirs and assigns on condition that if the foresaid Geo Bieston his heirs executors administrators and assigns or any of them pay or cause to be paid to one Jn Freer of Clare in the county gentleman his heirs executors and administrators 50li of good and lawful money on England at the now dwelling house of the said Agnes in Colne aforesaid on 1.5.next after the title of this court that then it shall be lawful for the foresaid Geo and his heirs and assigns into the foresaid reversion of the foresaid house and other the premises with all and singular their appurtenances to reenter and as in his or their former estate to have again repossess and enjoy licence being first obtained this present surrender in any wise notwithstanding whereupon to this court came the foresaid Agnes and according to the surrender aforesaid prayed to be admitted to the premises to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her her heirs and assigns on the condition aforesaid of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and she made fine and fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
