died and that before he died he surrendered all and singular the premises with appurtenances into the hands of the lord by the hands of

two customary tenants of the manor witnessing according to the custom of the manor to the work and use of his last will and testament which testament the tenor concerning the lands is in these words item I do give unto my daughter

and to the heirs of her body lawfully begotten and for want of issue to remain unto
