this indenture made the 22.6.1706 etc between Mary Bullocke of Earls Colne in the county of Essex widow and Ambr Towers of the same town and county husbandman of the one part and Jn Cressener of Earls Colne aforesaid esq and Edw Cressener of the city of London tobacconist of the other part whereas the said Mary Bullocke and by her indenture bearing date the 6.11.1703 for the consideration therein mentioned did grant bargain sell and demise to the said Ambr Towers his executors administrators and assigns all that her freehold messuage or tenement wherein she then and now dwell with all the outhouses sheds yards gardens and orchard thereunto belonging or therewith used and are situate l ying and being in Earls Colne aforesaid with all and every of their appurtenances and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders thereof and all the estate right title interest claim and demand whatsoever or howsoever of her the said Mary Bullocke of in unto and out of the herein before mentioned messuage or tenement lands and premises or any part or parcel thereof to have and to hold the said messuage or tenement and all and singular the therein before mentioned premises with every of their appurtenances unto the said Ambr Towers his executors administrators and assigns from the said 6.11.= for and during and unto the full end and term of one thousand years from thence next ensuing and fully to be completed and ended under the yearly rent of one peppercorn if lawfully demanded on condition that if the said Mary Bullocke her heirs executors or administrators should well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Ambr Towers his executors administrators or assigns the sum of 4li4s8d of lawful money of England on or upon the 7.11.1704 at the common inn commonly called or known by the name or sign of the George situate in Earls Colne aforesaid as in and by thE said indenture declared being thereunto had more at large appeareth then the said said term of years therein and thereby committed to be void and whereas the said sum of 4li4s8d was not paid unto the said Ambr Towers according to the tenor of the said indenture whereby the said term of one thousand years became absolute and free from the condition aforesaid now this indenture witnesseth that the said Ambr Towers for and in consider ation of the sum of 4li11s11d of lawful money of England to him in hand paid by the said Jn Cressener by and with the consent direction and appointment of the said Mary Bullocke testified by her being made party to of these presents and signing and sealing hereof and also in consideration of the further sum of 5s of lawful money of England to the said Ambr Towers by the said Edw Cressener in hand paid at or before then sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt of which said several sums he doth hereby acknowledge and confess and thereof and of every part thereof doth acquit and discharge the said Jn Cressener and Edw Cressener their executors and administrators by those presents he the said Ambr Towers hath bargained and sold assigned and set over and by these presents doth bargain and sell assign and set over unto the said Edw Cressener his executors and administrators the said indenture of lease and term of years therein mentioned and all the estate right land title of the said Ambr Towers of in and to same and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders thereof to have and to hold the said freehold messuage or tenement with the houses outhouses sheds yards and orchards to the same belonging or therewith uses with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said Edw Cressener his executors and administrators for and during all the rest residue and and remainder of of the said term of one thousand years yet to come and unexpired in trust and for the sole benefit use and behoof of the said Jn Cressener his heirs and assigns forever and the said Ambr Towers himself his heirs executors and assigns doth covenant promise and grant to and with the said Jn Cressener his executors and administrators that he the said Ambr Towers hath not hitherto and that he his executors administrators or assigns shall and will not hereafter do commit or willingly or wittingly permit or suffer to be done any act matter or thing whatsoever whereby the premises or any part thereof are shall or maybe charged or encumbered in title charge or otherwise howsoever and that it shall and may be lawful to and for the said Edw Cressener his executors and administrators from time to time and at all times hereafter to have hold and enjoy the premises upon the trust aforesaid without the lawful let suit trouble or interruption of him the said Ambr Towers his heirs executors administrators or assigns or of any other person or persons whatsoever lawfully claiming or to claim from by or under him or them or any of them in witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto put their hands and seals the day
