In 1742 Jas Robinson admitted to parcel of Garlands sometime Jn Pennyfather's copyhold of Earldom on the surrender of Francis Martin and same date Jas Robinson was admitted to parcel of Garlands copyhold of Priory on surrender of Rich Fisher . They continued separate till 1794 when through some error they were both entered as of the manor of Colne Priory and have so continued
