There are two distinct copyholds paying the respective rents of 1s2d and 3s4d in various rentals - vide rental 1751 Jn Newton . There was a barn in Broadfields , afterwards converted into a malting - nothing now remains of this - but there is a small cottage built on Andrews otherwise the Bushett next the road and a piece taken from the waste for a garden, since it came into the possession of mrs Mead . Early titles to these traced with other property in no. 33,48,55 and 59 but somewhat obscurely owing to frequent divisions of property
