rev Robt Watkinson 31.10.1839 - surrender of Thos Sewell - All that croft called Olmstead Croft and now known by the name of The Cherry Garden - by estimation 1.5a - and also a small tenement and a barn standing thereon - together with a right of way leading from said premises into Colne Street, in common with tenant of the adjoining houses - the property of said Thos Sewell then under contract of sale to Robt Stedman - page 172. Leave given for the rev R. Watkinson to pull down the small tenement without forfeiture
