and furthermore whereas at a court here held 17Jas1 Jane Machyn wife of Thos Machyn was admitted tenant of the lord for herself and her heirs to one croft of land with appurtenances late parcel of Bradfield containing by estimation 4a more or less by the surrender of Hugh Potter and Margt his wife and Jn Kent and Ann his wife and Jn Bullocke and Agnes his wife which same said Jane Margt Ann and Agnes were sisters of Rich Parker deceased and aunts and coheirs of Eliz Parker daughter and heir of the said Rich Parker as by a roll of the aforesaid court it is clearly shown and afterwards in that same court the aforesaid Thos and Jane surrendered the aforesaid croft of land with appurtenances to the use of the said Jane for her lifetime the remainder thereof to the use of Thos Machyn son of the said Thos and Jane and the heirs of the body of the said Thos legitimately procreated the remainder thereof to the use of the said Jane and her heirs forever who the same said Jane and Thos Machyn junior were admitted tenants of the lord at that same court according to the aforesaid surrender and whereas at a court here held 16.10.1633 it was shown by the homage that after the said court the said Jane died and that the said Thos Machyn junior after the decease of the said Jane similarly died thus thereof seised without heirs of his body legitimately procreated and that Jn Machyn was brother and heir of the said Thos Machyn junior and son and heir of the said Jane upon which at the said court the said Jn Machyn was admitted tenant of the lord for himself and his heirs to the aforesaid croft of land with appurtenances as by a roll of the aforesaid court it is clearly shown who the same said Jn Machyn afterwards entered into the premises and took the rents and profits thereof now at this court it is shown by the homage that the aforesaid Jn Machyn after the last court and before this court died thus seised thereof without heirs of his body procreated and that Margt now wife of Robt Till Ann Kent daughter and heir of the said Ann Kent deceased and Rich Parkinson son and heir of the said Agnes late wife of Xoph Parkinson and afterwards wife of the said Jn Bullock deceased are blood relatives of one blood and coheirs of the said Jn Machyn from his mother upon which to this court came the aforesaid Margt Till Ann Kent and Rich Parkinson and humbly sought admittance to the aforesaid croft of land as coheirs of the said Jn Machin to whom the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have to them and their heirs forever as sharers and coheirs of the said Jn Machyn to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and they gave to the lord for fine and the aforesaid Margt and Rich made fealty to the lord but the fealty of the said Ann was respited because she was under age
